What unique programs does your company offer specifically for first-time homebuyers (e.g., down payment grants, no secondary position loans, etc.)?

Please provide details on any closing cost assistance that you have available to first-time homebuyers (e.g., percentage or amount of costs covered).

Are there any special requirements or qualifications that first-time homebuyers need to know (e.g., income limits, minimum credit scores, household size)?

How can potential buyers get in touch with you to learn more about your programs? Provide your company’s website link, contact person, email, phone number, attach or provide link for brochure or flyer, etc.
